Green Living: Water Conservation

All Centurion Communities include multiple features to reduce water consumption and preserve the existing ground water.

The irrigation systems utilize captured rainwater, and all of the buildingsinclude water-recycling systems that safely reuse “grey water” from sinks or baths for flushing toilets, irrigation, or other applications that do not require 100% sanitary water. Plus, all the bathrooms feature water-conserving showerheads and faucets.

In addition, our communities feature bio-swales and permeable pavement to help recharge the existing water table.
