The geothermal heat-exchange systems in our communities tap into the constant temperature in the underground water wells and at the bottom of ponds to comfortably and efficiently heat and cool the buildings, and also to heat the domestic water.

These systems alone can cut heating and cooling bills by more than 30%, while significantly reducing the green house gas emissions from power plants.
