Green Living: Sustainable Designs

In order for a building or a community to be truly considered green, it must not only be designed to be an environmentally friendly building once it’s built; it must also be constructed with that same level of concern for the world around us.

For example, when a Centurion Community is built, over 75% of the construction waste is diverted away from landfills. In addition, many of the building products and finishes – including the bamboo floors – are made from naturally sustainable raw materials, while others – including the aluminum windows – are made with recycled materials.
