From the obvious features such as the wind turbines for electricity production and easy recycling programs, to the more subtle details – including permeable pavement to help recharge the water table – every aspect of a Centurion Community has been designed to minimize our impact on the planet, without reducing your quality of living.

All Centurion Communities will be LEED Certified projects, and many are targeted for LEED Gold – meeting or exceeding the highest level of guidelines set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council.
